What I did

  • Brought Google Ads and SEO in-house from the agency
  • New theme built from a Figma design, checkout in steps and a cart that slides in from the side
  • Volume pricing, multipacks and bundles as a plugin of my own
  • Rebuilt the Google Shopping feed, ads in ChatGPT as a test channel
  • Fixed tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel, built a goals dashboard for management
  • Page cache for fast loading and a proofreading pass over every page

What I did

  • Redesigned, live since October 2026
  • Moved from the agency to a server of its own (September 2026)
  • New products and subcategories without changing product addresses (the QR codes in the brochures keep working)
  • Prices without VAT for business customers
  • GA4 with server-side purchase tracking and spam protection on the contact form

  • From €30,000 to €1.2 million annual revenue, at about 20 % margin
  • About 80,000 customers
  • Built a team of 4 (tech, support, purchasing)
  • Set up mobile payment as a payment method, fewer abandoned checkouts
  • Sold in 2018

How it works

    Request

    You tell me through the form when and where you are getting married. I reply on WhatsApp and answer your questions.

  2. 2

    First version

    You send me names, date, venue, texts and photos on WhatsApp. You usually get the first version the next day, within 3 days at the latest.

  3. 3

    Adjust until it fits

    We change things together until you like the site. Then you send out the link or print the QR code on your cards.

€60

For the first 5 couples, €99 after that. Includes the web address for the first year. The first real site is already running for a couple getting married in 2027.

What does the site cost?

Do we need to know anything about tech?

No. You send me texts and photos, I do the rest. For changes, just message me on WhatsApp.

How long does the site stay online?

Until 3 months after the wedding. That gives your guests time to upload their photos after the party.

Do our guests need an app or an account?

No. They open the link or scan the QR code and reply right on the page.

Who sees our guests' replies?

The guest list is password-protected. Your guests only see their own reply.
